Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted per night on C P Basis.

• Reservations will be confirmed against full advance payment.

• Check-in or check-out at 12.00 hrs.

• No extra charge for children below 5 years.

• Rs.500/- extra for children between 5-12 years sharing room with parents.

• Taxes extra.

    Refunds & Cancellations

• All cancellations and amendments are to be intimated to our offices in writing by 
  fax or e-mail or else they would not be entertained.

• Cancellations: 
                      45 days before arrival date              =     Full refund.

                    20 days before arrival date              =     50% refund.

                    Less than 5 days before arrival date  =     No refund.
